Free Shipping for orders over £300 for wholesale orders (UK mainland addresses only).
£12 Standard shipping charge to UK mainland addresses for orders below £300 (to UK mainland addresses).
This is a fully traceable and insured service with a recognised carrier. We will email the tracking number at the time of dispatch. The price is exclusive of VAT or any other applicable costs.
Shipping charges vary for all non-UK mainland addresses and will be calculated at the time of shipping based on size and weight. Please ensure you check your local state tax codes and tariffs as all orders shipped abroad may incur additional taxes and local charges which are the sole responsibility of the customer to pay in full.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch stock orders in 3-5 days, although this can take longer at peak times. We can also reserve your order until a later date to arrive as you require. Made to order goods take up to 3 months and we will confirm the estimated dispatch date in writing.
UK – Once we’ve dispatched your order it takes 1 to 2 working days to arrive.
Ireland – Once dispatched, it takes 3 to 5 working days to arrive.
Rest of world – Varies but we have known our parcels to arrive in New York the next day!
Brexit Statement: 2021
As the UK has now left the European Union there are new customs processes to adhere to. The commercial invoice will be attached to the outside of the carton with the delivery note and as standard is emailed to you at the time of dispatch for your reference. For any special requirements please let us know so we can work with you to avoid any unnecessary charges or delays.
REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
On the rare occasion the Goods have been supplied and are found to be defective, we shall repair, or in its sole discretion, replace defective goods free of charge, subject to the following conditions:
- (1.) You the buyer notifying us the Seller in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods, and any returns are made within 14 days
- (1.2) The defect is due to the faulty design, materials or workmanship of the manufacturer.
- (1.3) Any Goods to be repaired or replaced shall be returned to the Seller at the Buyer’s expense, if so requested by the Seller. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage for the goods as we can take no responsibility for goods lost in transit that are returned by the buyer.
